Use the support contact published on the known operator website and retain your original entry confirmation, draw terms and correspondence. Explain the particular unresolved issue and relevant dates. Avoid sharing sensitive account or payment details in a public post.

A listing can therefore remain visible after an operator announces its closure, just as an older prize page may still appear in search. Use the date and purpose of each source to understand what it describes.
