## Postal entry: timing and account details

Sections 7.5–7.8 of the [terms](https://www.revcomps.com/terms-conditions) describe a postal route, an existing account with matching details, and receipt at least 24 hours before the stated draw time. Follow the current source for postcard requirements and the receiving address.

Allow for the postal receipt deadline as well as delivery time; it is separate from a paid-entry countdown. Our [postal-entry guide](https://compapp.co.uk/guides/free-postal-entry) explains what to record and how posting, receipt and acceptance fit together.

## Following the live draw and individual closing times

Section 8 of the [terms](https://www.revcomps.com/terms-conditions) distinguishes the start of a live draw from closure of each competition as the host works through the draws, subject to the stated maximum end time. Read the particular competition page alongside those general terms to find the timing relevant to your entry.

When comparing times in an app and on the operator’s website, check whether each refers to entry closing or the draw itself. Ticket counts have their own update time, separate from a countdown. Our [guide to data freshness](https://compapp.co.uk/guides/competition-ticket-data-freshness) explains how to read both.

## Company information in the terms and FAQ

Section 1.1 of the [terms](https://www.revcomps.com/terms-conditions) identifies Rev Competitions Limited, Gibraltar company 126588, as promoter. The [FAQ](https://www.revcomps.com/faqs) separately refers to Rev Corp Ltd, UK company 11981806. Both references were present when checked on 11 September 2026.

For the business responsible for a specific entry, use the terms that apply to it. We have not independently confirmed how the two companies relate. The operator can clarify which details apply if you need help with an existing entry.

## The voluntary code and further help

“Rev Comps” appears in the [government’s operator signatory list](https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/voluntary-code-of-good-practice-for-prize-draw-operators/voluntary-code-of-good-practice-for-prize-draw-operators), checked on 11 September 2026. The listing records a voluntary commitment under that trading name, rather than government approval of individual draws.

For questions about an entry or prize, start with the operator’s support process. This guide summarises the linked sources on the stated check date; it is not a rating or a test of entry, payment or prize fulfilment.
